Refund Policy:

• Registrations cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the Event is canceled, rescheduled, or there is a significant change to the program of the Event. If an Event is canceled, rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, or significantly altered, you are entitled to claim a refund equal to at least the amount paid. Refund requests must be submitted in writing, including your registration details or reference number, within three months of the Event date. Refunds will only be made to the person who completed the registration and, where possible, using the original payment method.
